Following an extensive and complex tender, UTS are pleased to confirm that they have been retained by the Midlands Regional Local Authorities (MRLA) Consortia for a new contract to maintain and manage the cash collection and banking from the Pay & Display parking meters across the Counties of Westmeath, Longford, Offaly and Laois.
